Self Catering Holiday Cottage in St Ives

This charming cottage is paractical and roomy for a family high season, yet also offers fabulous warm and cosy accomodation for couples off season. It is situated in a quiet residential area of St Ives town within 250 yards walking distance of the shops and harbour. It has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard 2012/2013 with new furniture and flooring to the lounge and bedrooms, thus providing stylish pleasant accommodation. The cottage also benefits from full gas central heating and has a coal gas fire which makes for a very cosy getaway any time of the year.

Small, but well equipped kitchen, with gas cooker, fridge with icebox.
Door to rear yard, outhouse with washer dryer. Stairs from lounge to first floor:
Recently refitted bathroom: White suite, bath with shower over, WC, basin, radiator. Combi boiler giving constant hot water.

Bedroom One: King size cast iron bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, bedside table.

Bedroom Two: Twin 3ft cast iron beds, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe.

Bedroom three: Cast iron double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, dormer window with views over the town towards Godrevy lighthouse and the Towans.
All bedrooms are double size, bed linen is provided.
