Mount and Penzance Bay. Yet it is only just over half a mile to the ancient
town of Marazion with its delightful mix of shops, art galleries and cafes
and a number of good pubs and restaurants. The view from the balcony and

views towards St. Michael's Mount and across Mounts Bay and Penzance The
first floor comprises of a spacious open plan living area and kitchen
diner. The luxury appointed kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, washer
dryer, fridge freezer, ceramic hotplate, microwave and breakfast bar.
Stunning views can be enjoyed from the open plan living area which leads
on to a very large balcony with a table and seating for 5 people to enjoy
the far reaching views to St. Michael's Mount. The lounge benefits from
a new modular sofa and 26" LCD TV, Hifi system and coffee table.
Downstairs there
is a bathroom and three bedrooms, each with its own 19" LCD TV -
one large bedroom with double bed and 2 further bedrooms, one with twin
beds and another with a separate single bed. Patio doors lead off one
of the double bedroom to a private sheltered garden to the rear. There
is also open garden area at the front of the property and ample parking
for numerous cars. The property is alarmed for added security. All furniture,
soft furnishings, beds, linens and appliances are brand new as of April
2008. We regret that we do not allow smoking inside the property. Tariff
includes electricity, bed linen and towels.
Marazion is Cornwall's oldest character town, dominated
by views of St Michael's Mount. 'The jewel in Cornwall's Crown' it is
a prime coastal location and is situated in Mounts Bay, which sweeps from
the Lizard Point to Land's End. Marazion has sandy beaches, a sailing
club, windsurfing, shops, diving, pubs, bird watching, kite-surfing, art
galleries & restaurants.
