Charming single bedroomed, semi detached accommodation, adjoining the owners, with it's own enclosed lawned garden with rockery. Featuring lovely views towards St Minver Church and beyond to the stunning landscape of Bodmin Moor.

The property is centrally located for easy access to famous local beaches, handy shops and beautiful coastal walks.

Accommodation comprises open plan kitchen area with electric oven and hob, dining table space for two people, microwave, fridge with ice box, bread maker, food blender and mixer.

Utility room with washing machine iron and ironing board gives access to shower room, back door and owners boiler room.

Open plan lounge with patio doors opening to garden, including TV with Freeview, DVD player, video player, selection of DVDs and videos.

Bedroom with king sized bed, linen included.

Shower room towels included.

Outside there is a fully enclosed garden equipped with patio furniture and washing line and boasting superb views to St Minver Church and beyond.

At the bottom of Rock you'll find the beach and across the estuary Padstow town with it's bustling harbour. There you will find many unique shops and eateries including Rick Steins famous Seafood Restaurant. The Camel estuary has many opportunities for sailing, water sports and fishing but equally enjoyable is a gentle stroll along the beaches. The camel trail runs alongside the estuary with bikes readily available to hire in Padstow and Wadebridge.
