This cottage has just been refurbished to a high standard in a style that’s modern yet homely, cosy yet practical.

Located in a quiet 'no through' street 5 minutes walk from the National Maritime Museum at Discovery Quay which includes various restaurants and a Tesco Metro, 10 minutes walk to the Moor, Gyllyngvase and Castle beaches and 2 minutes to a wide variety of restaurants and cafes on Arwenack Street and with private car parking makes this cottage ideal for exploring Falmouth. You could always indulge yourself with some local delicacies - a Cornish Cream Tea or a Cornish Pasty.

On three levels the house boasts a high view over the Penryn River from the main bedroom. At ground level a breakfast bar and kitchen with stairs to the cosy lounge and sun trapping court yard.

You will find a Double bed in the main bedroom and 6' x 3' bunk beds in the second. This is complemented by very comfortable sofa beds in the lounge facilitating alternative sleeping for couples if required.

Home comforts include complementary TV + free view, DVD (and DVD's) WiFi internet access for your lap top and board games.

The rear courtyard has wooden decking and is sympathetically lit creating a lovely evening atmosphere. There you will find table, chairs and BBQ and an outside tap for washing down the beach gear. Church House is non-smoking.

Church House offers a well lit handy side entrance for wet beach gear storage and outside tap, leading to the court yard with BBQ. Two Surf Canoes at the cottage are available for hire by separate negotiation.
