Located inland with superb countryside views, and within 7 to 10 miles of the
North Cornish Coast at Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay and Bude.

Both properties are located on the owners' working stud, which breeds coloured horses for sale. The stud is completely separate, but visits to see the foals and horses are always welcome. Sheep, chickens and Ducks also kept, so you will be able to collect your own eggs for breakfast or just pay them a visit, and watch their antics.

Cherry Tree Cottage Sleeps 6

Cherry Tree Cottage boasts the use of a separate indoor swimming pool (shared with owners) and a games room for the kids and adults, offering a mini Pool/Ping Pong table, dart board, table football, board games and toys, TV and video, perimeter seating and comfortable sofa.

The cottage has a fully equipped Kitchen, a large Living/Dining room, with two sofas and an armchair, table and chairs for 6, and a further separate sitting room, with two sofas. TV's and DVD player in both rooms. Downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a 6' zip and link bed with en-suite shower, one 5' King bed and one twin, which share a shower room.

Access to the Cottage is via a paved Courtyard with pretty flower filled containers and garden furniture.

Parking for two cars is available off road next to the cottage.

Penderrow Cottage Sleeps 10/12

Penderrow,having had a complete makeover in 2011, is now a very comfortable holiday house that can sleep up to 12 people.

There is a fully equipped Kitchen/breakfast room, with seating for 12, and separate utility room with washing machine, sink and freezer.

A dining room, (seating 8)leads down two steps to a living room with seating for 12,with TV/DVD and a log burning fire place.

Two bedrooms upstairs, one 6' zip and link bed, with superb views, and one with four single beds, outsize bean bags and TV/DVD, board games and toys - just right for the kids as a dormitory. Separate large shower room.

Downstairs are three bedrooms, one 6' zip and link, one 5' and one twin, with two family bathroom/shower rooms and separate cloakroom.

There is an enclosed pretty garden at the back of the house, with a terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for up to 4 cars is off road.

Private fishing located within a 5 min drive. An 18 hole golf course, 8 lane bowling alley and animal farm approx. 15-20 mins away. Many tourist attractions close by.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at both properties. Other pets by arrangement. Livery available for horses, so bring them on holiday too!

Both properties have free wireless access to the internet via BT Broadband, and telephones for local calls and freeserve digital TV. Both properties have central heating.
