situated right in the centre of St Ives, opposite the round building
in the market place, & the Parish Church. Fore Street, the cobbled
shopping street of old St.Ives is right on the doorstep, as also is
the Harbour. From
Cheriton House everything is easily accessible: the shops,
entertainment, the galleries, restaurants, pubs, the museums, & the beaches. |

is part of the living room and is fitted out with modern
cupboards, sink, refrigerator, microwave and built in cooker and hob
with cooker hood.

As with
much of St Ives there are no parking
facilities at 3 Cheriton House. Bus and railway terminals are just a short walk
away, and if you walk via the Warren you will find the slopes not too
difficult to manage. There is a large car park at the top of the town.
Weekly or fortnightly parking can be booked on arrival. Barnoon car park
is only 150 metres from Cheriton House. Parking can be booked on a daily
or weekly basis.
