Cheriton House is situated right in the centre of St Ives, opposite the round building in the market place, & the Parish Church. Fore Street, the cobbled shopping street of old St.Ives is right on the doorstep, as also is the Harbour. From Cheriton House everything is easily accessible: the shops, entertainment, the galleries, restaurants, pubs, the museums, & the beaches. ![]()

3 Cheriton House sleeps two persons, and has recently been tastefully refurbished. The apartment consists of:-

Living room includes sofa, tub chair, coffee table, dining table, dining chairs, colour TV, DVD player and CD/HiFi.
Shower room with lavatory and wash basin.
The galley kitchen is part of the living room and is fitted out with modern cupboards, sink, refrigerator, microwave and built in cooker and hob with cooker hood.
One bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Fully carpeted.
All bedding and tea-towels are provided (except personal towels)
On your arrival you will find tea/milk/sugar provided to enable you to relax before unpacking.
Heating is by electricity as is water heating.
Please bring some £1 coins for the meter.

As with much of St Ives there are no parking facilities at 3 Cheriton House. Bus and railway terminals are just a short walk away, and if you walk via the Warren you will find the slopes not too difficult to manage. There is a large car park at the top of the town. Weekly or fortnightly parking can be booked on arrival. Barnoon car park is only 150 metres from Cheriton House. Parking can be booked on a daily or weekly basis.Please note: No pets and no smoking
