3 Cheriton House is a superb one bedroom apartment (sleeps 2) situated right in the centre of St Ives only 50 meters to the sea and the stunning harbour beach. Located opposite the round building in the market place, Cheriton House couldn’t be better placed for everything that St Ives has to offer. Fore Street, the cobbled shopping street of old St.Ives is right on the doorstep, as are the Harbour cafes, restaurants and boutique art galleries. The St Ives Tate gallery and four glorious beaches are all within 5 minutes easy walk of the apartment.

3 Cheriton House sleeps two persons, and has been tastefully refurbished. The apartment consists of:

•Living room area includes sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table, dining chairs, freeview colour LCD TV, DVD player and CD/HiFi.
•Shower room with toilet, shower and wash basin.
•The kitchen area is fitted out with everything you might need and consists of modern cupboards, sink, refrigerator, microwave and built in cooker and hob with cooker hood.
•One bedroom with comfortable double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Fully carpeted.
•All bedding and tea-towels are provided, but please bring your own personal towels.
•On your arrival you will find tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided to enable you to relax before unpacking.

Being in the very heart of St Ives, 3 Cheriton House is an easy short walk to both bus and railway terminals.
