Castaway Cottage, built in 2006, is situated in the heart of the quaint village of Trevone, and only 100 metres from the sandy beach.
The property has been finished to a very high specification and features all mod-cons.
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen / dining room incorporating a range of modern fitted units as well as a oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is also a large oak dining table which seats 6. In addition, the twin bedroom is also located on the same floor - which has been charmingly furnished as well as the main bathroom which has a modern range of sanitaryware with a shower over the bath.
Upstairs there is a light and airy lounge with designer sofas (one of which is a double sofabed), TV, DVD, music system and books. The double bedroom is also on this level, and features a large window overlooking the courtyard garden, and has been decorated to a very high standard. The en-suite is located off this bedroom and has a toilet, sink and shower.
To the outside is a well enclosed courtyard garden as well as a parking space. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional £25 each, per week.
