It is a well furnished and airy property providing very comfortable accommodation. There is an enclosed lawned garden with patio, which is enclosed by fencing.

Polzeath beach is a 20 minute walk and you can also walk to Daymer Bay and St Minver. Polzeath is an ideal location for coastal holidays at all times throughout the year. There are two surf schools, several lively cafes and restaurants, retail shops and convenient stores. The coastal footpath in this area are stunning.
