The nearest international airport is Delhi (direct flying times from London: 9-12 hrs). The nearest rail head is in Kathgodam (30 kms from Camp). CLIMATE: Rainfall mainly occurs during the July-September monsoon. Maximum temperatures in degrees C: Nov-Mar: 15-25, April-June: 25-40, July-Oct: 20-35. Camp elevation: 480 metres above sea level.
