ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation comprises; on the ground floor- lobby with cloakroom area, split level reception room with direct estuary views and French doors to 400 sq ft deck over looking garden, kitchen breakfast room with bay window and glass stable door opening onto deck, snug room/bed area, master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, with the three other bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, bathroom and a separate shower room situated on the lower ground floor. The boat house has flexible facilities to suit each guest during June - September can be sleeping accommodation and all other times as a games room.

Bookings run from Friday to Friday with the exception of short breaks by agreement. The house is available from 3.00 p.m. on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on your date of departure.
Electricity, gas and water are included in the rent. Telephone, linen and towels but not beach towels are provided, for which you will be billed separately.
A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge.
NO DOGS ALLOWED.

Camel Point is located on the waterfront in Rock and with its panoramic views must rate the property as one of the best in Rock. St Enodoc Golf Club is within a five minute walk, the ferry to Padstow , at high tide, is within minutes.
