Perran House sleeps up to 10 people

Perran House is a well furnished 4 bed beachside house only 50ft from Perranporth’s magnificent 3 mile sandy beach.

The house consists of 4 large bedrooms, a large airy lounge, dining room, 2 bathrooms inc. 8 jet spa bath, conservatory, lock up garage with extra parking space & enclosed front garden opposite beach.

All rooms at the front of the house enjoy uninterrupted views of the beach.

St Pirans Apartments sleeping 2 to 6 people

St.Pirans one and two bedroom apartments are situated next door to Burrell House in a modern two storey development, the two bed apartments are in a small block of four, with only two apartments on the first floor and two on the ground floor and the one bedrooms are alongside in the same first class location.

All our apartments have recently been modernised and refurbished to a high standard, all now having an open plan fully fitted kitchen, (equipped with all expected modern appliances such as full size cooker, microwave, fridge etc), lounge, dining area and central heating throughout.

Each lounge also has a large wall-mounted flatscreen plasma TV with all freeview digital channels available, and some apartments have a bedsettee allowing them to accommodate up to six persons.

Our one bedroom apartments are furnished and equipped to the same standard as our other properties also having an open plan kitchen, lounge, diner and a bedsettee allowing them to accommodate up to four persons if required.

All our properties are situated in a unique location approximately 100m level walk from Perranporth’s beautiful sandy beach and all the local shops, pubs and amenities. This allows you the freedom of leaving the car in our private car park whilst you enjoy all Perranporth has to offer, sparing you the added cost and inconvenience of using public transport or taxi’s.

Burrell House is a recently completed, (march 2009), brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, oil fired central heated residence, uniquely situated only 150yds level walk from perranporth's famous 3 mile surfing beach and a stones throw from the local shops and amenities on one of the quieter streets in the town.

The property is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout with both front facing bedrooms each having a beach facing balcony + en-suite bathrooms - with the master en-suite boasting an 8 jet Spa bath.

All 4 bedrooms have a flatscreen tv with added freeview channels and the lounge benefits from a 42" plasma . The kitchen is very well equipped with a large oven, dishwasher, microwave, smeg fridge freezer and a washer dryer. This room leads into the light and airy open plan living area with it's large character bay windows. There is also a downstairs shower room with toilet, ideal for freshening up after surfing or golfing etc, leading to a reading / computer room.

The attractive conservatory with double patio doors leads from the lounge out into the enclosed lawned walled garden and BBQ area - perfect for families with young children. Parking is private and off - road adjoining the garden area and is suitable for 2 cars. Electricity is paid for via a key meter.

Bed arrangements consist of 2 x double beds, 2 x 3ft single divans, 2 x 3ft bunkbeds and 1 x double futon.

All bedding is supplied ( continental quilts , sheets, pillow slips etc). Please bring your own towels and teatowels. Cots and highchairs can be hired, please enquire at time of booking.

Bookings are generally from 4pm Saturday afternoon until 10am on the day of departure - midweek and short breaks can be taken early and late season.
