18 Bunkers Hill is a delightful old fisherman's cottage located in the heart of 'downalong'. Bunkers Hill is possibly the most photographed street in St Ives as in the summer it becomes a fusion of colour as hanging baskets & window boxes abound.

Recently refurbished: Central heating throughout.

Entrance: Five internal steps lead up to the kitchen/dining/lounge area.
Kitchen: comprising of electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Lounge/Diner: comprising of dining table, seating four. Three seater leather sofa, two seater upholstered sofa. Flat screen TV, DVD/CD & video player - surround sound and Wi Fi.

Stairs leading up to:
Bathroom: comprising of white w/c, sink, large shower unit, towel radiator.
Bedroom 1: comprising of double size bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, flat screen TV/DVD.
Bedroom 2: comprising of twin 3ft beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, hanging rail, flat screen TV/DVD.

Stairs leading up to:
Loft space / restricted height: comprising of large sofa bed, 42" surround sound flat screen TV / DVD / CD / IPOD Doc. Velux windows (when open, views to Harbour and Porthminster).

Location

Centrally located it is close to all beaches, Porthmeor's surfers beach being the closest.

The Tate Gallery is just around the corner as are the many fabulous shops and restaurants that St Ives now accommodates.
