see him year after year!
ACCOMMODATION
Bedroom One
- Double En-Suite Bedroom
"Bedroom One" has just been
enlarged and refurbished as of 2012 to create a magnificent, new, spacious,
fully enclosed en-suite facility for double, twin or family accommodation.
The room has a wonderfully light and
airy feel by virtue of its three large windows and magnificent
views. It has the added luxury of its own little balcony with table
and chairs with far reaching sea views out across Mevagissey Harbour
to St Austell Bay, perfect to sit and while away the evening in the warm
Cornish sun. Also included is a colour television, fluffy towels, kettle
with tea & coffee making facilities and use of an iron.

Bedroom
Two - Double En-Suite Bedroom
"Bedroom Two"s a delightful,
converted Georgian lounge with beautiful friezes, chandelier and bay windows.
It comprises a double or one or two single beds as required.
It is the favourite room of many returning
guests to Buckingham House due to its historical feel and ambience. Both
this factor and the new, luxury, spacious bathroom with shower, toilet
and wash basin facilities directly opposite, more than compensate for
it not being en-suite.
Bedroom
Three - En-Suite Family Bedroom
"Bedroom Three" is a beautifully
bright and cheerful, spacious, en-suite family room with two bays windows
looking out over Mevagissey valley and hills. It has been recently
redecorated and features lots of storage space. Also included is a colour
television, fluffy towels, kettle with tea & coffee making facilities
and use of an iron.
Bedroom Four - En-Suite
Family Bedroom
"Bedroom Four" is a magnificent,
spacious, en-suite family bedroom. As of 2012, it has been extended to
include the 15 foot corridor within the room, which used to be part of
the landing approach.
It has three windows, creating a warm
and sunny atmosphere with wonderful garden, sea and rural views beyond
the rooftops of Mevagissey. A colour television, fluffy towels, kettle
with tea & coffee making facilities and use of an iron is also included.

BREAKFAST
There is a comfortable, bright, relaxing feel to the
dining room. There are three separate tables for our guests, two for couples
and one larger table for families.
Breakfast is a feast and neither will vegetarians go
hungry!
There is always a large bowl of fruit, a range of six
cereals and yoghurts & copious amounts of Orange Juice, Tea, Coffee,
Toast, Jam & Marmalade.
The "full monty" on top of that is not for
the faint hearted. . .
Cumberland/Lincolnshire sausage & Best Farm Bacon,
Hash Brown, Egg (poached, fried, scrambled or boiled) and a combination
of Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Baked Beans!
A further delicious alternative is our whipped scrambled
egg and smoked salmon
