Wadebridge hosts the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Show for 3 days at the beginning of June and a 3 day Folk Festival of song and dance over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

Within easy travelling distance are many of the attractions offered by Cornwall including the Eden Project which offers much fun for the family. Other easy to reach locations include the fishing town of Padstow, the old capital of Bodmin with its old jail, Port Isaac, Boscastle, and Tintagel.
