'BREAKERS' and 'SURFERS' are adjacent bungalows set in their own grounds at the end of a private road. They are situated on the cliffs above Polzeath, just a short walk from the beach, where numerous warm, tide-washed pools and fine golden sand make it a child's paradise.

At the same time, the beach is popular with surfers who can be watched from 'BREAKERS' and 'SURFERS' riding the waves at all times of the year.

The coastal path is just metres away and follows the cliff top westwards towards Daymer Bay and on to Rock where the foot ferry runs a service to Padstow and the Camel Trail. To the east and north, the path leads to the rugged headland of Pentire and beyond offering breathtaking views.

Within easy reach is the popular town of Wadebridge, with its range of shops and easy access to the Camel Trail and the quaint fishing villages of Port Quin and Port Isaac and King Arthur's Castle at Tintagel. The River Camel offers opportunities for river trips, water skiing, wind surfing, at Daymer: fishing and sailing. There are two golf courses nearby; St Enodoc with two 18 hole links courses and Roserrow which also has a health spa and indoor swimming pool open to non-members.

'BREAKERS' is a purpose-built holiday bungalow. Accommodation consists of a spacious open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the amazing views across Polzeath bay, separate kitchen / dining area to the side, three bedrooms - one double, one twin room and one room with two full size bunk beds- and there is a bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and separate w.c. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, full sized oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The spacious living area has ample seating and is equipped with a television and a piano.

All rooms have electric heating and electricity is paid for as used by £1 slot meter. OFF PEAK supply for night storage heaters & water is included in the tariff.

There is also a card pay phone for guest use. Bed linen and tea towels are not supplied. Guests are also asked to provide their own towels.

Outside there is ample garden space for children to play and car parking. A single garage adjoins the building.

BREAKERS because of the plate-glass windows is not suitable for children under the age of 6 years.

'SURFERS' accommodation consists of a spacious living / dining area, separate kitchen, three bedrooms - one double, one triple room with a double and single bed and a twin room - and a bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and separate w.c. with washbasin. A fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom is available at peak season.

The living area has a large bay window making the most of the spectacular views across Polzeath bay towards Pentire Point. It has comfortable seating, an open fire place and is equipped with a colour television. The separate kitchen, linked to the living area by a serving counter, is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, full sized oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

All rooms have sea views, with the exception of the bathroom. Rooms have electric heating and electricity is paid for as used by £1 slot meter. OFF PEAK supply for night storage heaters & water is included in the tariff. There is also a card pay phone for guest use.

We operate a Saturday-to-Saturday letting. 1/3 deposit is requested at the time of booking with the balance due one month before the start of your holiday. A holiday cancellation scheme is included in the tariff.

The above Tariff is £ per week and includes Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
