'BREAKERS' and 'SURFERS' are adjacent bungalows set in their own grounds at the end of a private road. They are situated on the cliffs above Polzeath, just a short walk from the beach, where numerous warm, tide-washed pools and fine golden sand make it a child's paradise.

At the same time, the beach is popular with surfers who can be watched from 'BREAKERS' and 'SURFERS' riding the waves at all times of the year.

Polzeath Beach is tucked in to the Camel estuary facing the large Atlantic swell and can boast as being one of the safest surfing beaches in the British Isles. Numerous warm, tide washed pools and fine golden sands make it a child’s paradise. At the same time, the beach is popular with surfers who can be watched from the properties, riding the waves at all times of the year. The surrounding North Cornwall coast is an area of scenic cliffs, wide sandy beaches, quiet coves and fishing villages. In spring time, the cliffs are clothed in wild flowers to the edge.

The coastal path is just metres away and follows the cliff top westwards towards Daymer Bay and on to Rock where the foot ferry runs a service to Padstow and the Camel Trail. To the east and north, the path leads to the rugged headland of Pentire and beyond offering breathtaking views.

Breakers has been specially designed by the owners as a holiday home, taking into consideration its cliff top site.

The open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the views out across the bay. Set in its own grounds there is ample garden space for children to play and the beach is only a few minutes walk away.

The all-electric kitchen has recently been refitted with cooker, hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with large deep freeze area.

Breakers has three bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two singles and one with two full size bunk beds. There is a bathroom with basin, toilet, bath and shower and also a separate toilet. A fourth double bedroom with en-suite is available by arrangement.

The whole living area has fitted carpet and is heated by electric convector heaters and for the winter, night storage heaters. There is a piano, hi-fi with iPod dock and flat screen colour TV with DVD player.

Breakers is a pet-free area and because of its use of glass and open plan, it is not suitable for children under the age of six.

Surfers directly overlooks the sea and beach.

It is set in its own grounds with ample grassed areas for the children to play in. The beach is only a few minutes walk away.

There is a large bay windowed living room with fitted carpet, open fireplace, LCD colour television and hi-fi with iPod dock. The kitchen is fully electric with cooker/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Surfers has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with double and single bed, the third with two single beds, all are fitted with duvets. A fourth bedroom with en-suite is available by arrangement.

The large bathroom has a shower, WC and full sized bath. There is also a separate cloakroom/WC. Every room has sea views (except bathroom), and for early and late breaks there are three night storage heaters to augment the lounge open fire.
