central to many of Cornwall's attractions and only 1 mile from the fabulous
Eden Project.
The Park does not have a Club, Bar or Restaurant but caters for visitors requiring a peaceful and friendly base from which to explore the County. There is an unobtrusive but effective park lighting system.
The Park has a spin dryer facility, small laundrette, public telephone and small Park shop (in high season), with daily newspaper ordering service during the summer months, children's play meadow, dog nature walk and pitch and putt.
A peaceful, tranquil wooded site one mile from the Eden Project, with a David Bellamy Gold Award for the past ten years, AA 3 penants, Visit Britain 3 stars. No clubhouse or bar, just peace and quiet.. Heated shower block, family bathroom and field kitchens, small laundry, small games room and playing field with play equipment and crazy golf. Woodland walk and dog exercise field.
Mature trees and shrubs provide screening with some simple terracing adding interest to the Park layout.
Situated just 4 miles from St Austell on the Cornish Riviera where you will find the historic Port of Charlestown. There are several beaches within easy reach, and The Kings Arms in the village of Luxulyan, owned by Ken & Glad, always has a warm welcome and serve very nice bar meals. Restaurants & superstores all within easy reach.
For the keen of eye, squirrels are around.
Luxury Caravans
Our
privately owned luxury caravans are situated in secluded areas of the
Park, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Billabong 2002 family van has 3 bedrooms a separate front end kitchen/dining
room and Sky Digital.
Each van is maintained to the highest standard and consist of the following for all your needs:
- Heating throughout
- Gas fire in the lounge/dining area
- 1 Double Bedroom
- 1 & 2 twin bedrooms available
- Bath, Shower, WC & Basin
- Fully equipped kitchen, with microwave
- Lounge & Dining Area
- Colour Television, video and music centre
- Patio Set
- The lounge converts to a double bed
All of our vans and standings are
maintained to the highest standards ensuring you of a most pleasant vacation.
Spacious and well furnished interiors guarantee you a comfortable stay
and offer you a pleasant base from which to plan your site seeing.
There is a heated family bathroom available on the park for a small charge.
