This well designed semi detached cottage lies in the heart of the breathtaking coastal port of Charlestown in mid- Cornwall and provides self catering quality accommodation. It is situated in a secluded courtyard setting with private offroad parking for one car. Access to the granite fronted cottage is via a pathway into the courtyard. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Upstairs the cottage offers open plan living with lounge, dining area and kitchen. Outside there is a small private courtyard with garden furniture and barbeque.

Bosun's Rest - Accommodation
Bosun's Rest is a newly built semi detached property in a secluded courtyard setting. The cottage is granite fronted and has a courtyard garden. Bosun's Rest sleeps 2 to 4 persons in two bedrooms and includes a sofa bed in the living area.

Upstairs:
This room is open plan and features a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances including: electric oven and hob, microwave oven, extractor fan, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine/condenser dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. It includes a spacious island with integral fridge and freezer underneath. There is a separate dining area with a table and chairs. A CD player is available for your use in this area. The lounge includes sofas (one of which converts to a sofa bed). It has a television that includes a sky subscription. There is a D.V.D player also included. Also there is a nest of tables. There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs for child safety.

Downstairs:
There is a hallway (with under stairs area and cupboards) leading to two bedrooms and the bathroom. Bedroom 1 is a double with built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 is a twin room. Both bedrooms have room for a cot bed. The bathroom includes a new white bathroom suite and white and blue tiling. There is a shower over the bath.

Outside:
There is a private courtyard with furniture and a barbeque for your enjoyment.

CHARLESTOWN

Charlestown is a picturesque 18th century port and home to the tall ships for most of the year. It has two beaches and some excellent bars, restaurants and bistros.

A short walk takes you onto the SW coastal footpath with its fabulous scenery and views of St Austell Bay. Bosun's Rest is set in a secluded courtyard 100 yards from the harbour and ideally positioned to enjoy all that this delightful village has to offer. The cottage is about 3 miles from the world famous Eden Project ( for which we can arrange advance tickets). Its position in Mid Cornwall also allows you to explore the contrasting north and south coasts in this spectacular county.
