Boscastle House, formerly the Tolcarne House Hotel, has undergone a transformation. We have been busy restoring rooms to their original elegant proportions, redecorating and refurbishing throughout and creating stylish ensuite facilities. Our aim is to create the comfort and style of a country house hotel with the friendly atmosphere of a B&B, overlooking the spectacular Cornish coast. We aim to make bed and breakfast a sustainable and luxurious experience, which you will return to Boscastle for.

ROOMS

Nine Maidens - Decorated in cool and elegant greens, this room has twin beds, which can combine as a super-king. Comfortable sofa, TV and tea and coffee facilities. Its generous en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a contemporary freestanding bath, and spacious shower.

Charlotte - One of the principal rooms in the house, the comfortable sofa in the bay window enjoys coastal views over the village. Spacious and vibrant, this room has a king size bed, and a sumptuous shower room en-suite. TV and tea and coffee facilities.

Iseult - West facing, warm and cosy, this top floor room as the essential elements of that romantic getaway, with double brass bedstead and traditional furnishings. En-suite bathroom, TV and tea and coffee facilities.

Q - Super-king/twin beds are combined with a luxurious bathroom, with roll-top bath and spacious shower. Stylish and contemporary in shades of reds and brown, with a comfortable sofa, this room is a firm favourite.

Trelawny - Exceptionally spacious, this room looks across the roofs of the historic old village towards the castle mound, with the headlands of the North Cornwall coast in the background. It has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a great bath and shower. The comfortable sofa doubles as a generous sofa bed to make a spacious family room is required.

Tristan - Spacious top floor room, with exposed beams and bags of character. Decorated in cool blues with south facing window (overlooking Paradise) this double bed room has a super bathroom en-suite with twin basins, inset bath and spacious shower. The daybed makes this an ideal family room, or doubles as a sofa.
