Our character farmhouse provides a high standard throughout with 3 double / twin en suite bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms is a ground floor room adjoining the farmhouse.

All the bedrooms in both properties have en-suite facilities, colour televisions, tea/coffee making facilities, fridges, hairdryers, radio/alarm clocks and full central heating. The elegant oak beamed sitting and dining rooms are yours to relax in, as is the conservatory overlooking the garden, which enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Our luxury converted barn offers two double / twin en suite bedrooms. Both bedrooms are spacious, full of character, have 6ft super king size beds, and a bath and shower en suite. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard with the original fireplaces and exposed beams.

The luxury barn offers self contained accommodation with bath, shower and sitting area. Enjoy delicious farmhouse breakfasts cooked on the Aga, using fresh local produce as much as possible. We also serve a continental breakfast to those who prefer it.

Church Meadow Barn is fully double glazed and central heated throughout. There is plenty of parking space beside the barn. Open all year including Christmas and New Year. Church Meadow is a luxuriously renovated granite barn, full of rustic charm and character. This spacious accommodation boasts a master en suite bedroom with 6ft super-king size bed. Granite, slate and oak have been used extensively throughout. A beautiful location with secluded garden and patio.

Step through the stable door and begin the unique experience of country living at it’s best. The solid oak kitchen has granite work tops, slate floors, and is fully equipped with top quality modern appliances including ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, ironing facilities.

The relaxing lounge / dining room has French windows which lead onto the patio and private garden with it’s elegant table chairs and BBQ - perfect for alfresco eating in the summer. When the sun sets, you can snuggle up on the sofa with a glass of wine, switch on the 32” LCD TV, DVD or stereo and make yourself cosy by the wood effect burner. This spacious room has a solid oak floor, and solid oak dining room suite.

The American ash stairway leads up to the sumptuous master bedroom boasting a 6ft super-king size bed (which can convert to twin beds). There is ample space to take an extra single bed if required. The bedroom is sheer heaven with stylish solid wooden furniture and tastefully co-ordinated soft furnishings. Plus, there’s no shortage of creature comforts including flat screen tv, CD player, hairdryer etc. This spacious bedroom has an elegant ensuite bathroom including bath and shower. Indulge yourself with our complementary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels.

Bokiddick Farm

The warmest of welcomes awaits you at our 180 acre farm, where we keep Holsteins and beef cattle not forgetting chickens. Situated near Helman Tor and on the border of Breney Common, we have magnificent views of rolling countryside all around us and an abundance of birds and wildlife. Bokiddick is situated in central Cornwall in quiet unspoilt countryside, yet it is only 2 miles from the main A30. We are an ideal touring base for all of Cornwall. Closeby you will find the magnificent National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens as well as the exciting Eden Project, the largest greenhouses in the world, and the enchanting Lost Gardens of Heligan.

The rugged cliffs and sandy beaches of the north coast are only a short drive away, as are the delightful fishing ports and villages of the south coast. Our closest village, Lanivet, is 2 miles away and in the church yard can be found a Celtic Cross marking the geographical centre of Cornwall.

Our county town of Bodmin is 5 miles from us offering a wide range of facilities and places of interest. This historic town lies in the shadow of Bodmin Moor, an extensive moorland famed for its mysteries and legends, not forgetting Jamaica Inn, the setting of Daphne du Maurier's famous novel.
