Bodiggo Farm Cottage is an attached separate 2 bed roomed wing of a large early Edwardian Farmhouse set in the small quiet rural hamlet of Bodiggo, ½ mile west of Luxulyan.

The property is set in an idyllic central location with a south facing private secure garden, patio, and barbeque, with lovely rural views. Private parking.

The world famous Eden Project is only a 5 min. drive away with the Lost Gardens of Heligan just 20 min. away. Very central to the North and South Coast, beaches a short drive away. Public house serving evening meals within walking distance. Beautiful valley walks in Luxulyan very close by.

Very central for family/all-weather Attractions. Horse riding can be arranged locally.

Self-catering Holiday Accommodation

2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double sleeping up to 4 people, plus t/cot the bedrooms are well furnished, night storage heaters; both bedrooms have lovely rural views. All good quality bed linen/ towels are provided.

Well appointed bathroom with large shower and heating.

Newly furnished, well equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, full size cooker, good sized fridge/freezer, radio, washing machine, iron & ironing board. Plenty of storage space, pots, pans, utensils + crockery. Useful under stair cupboard.

Spacious, comfortable lounge/dinner overlooking the private patio/garden with lovely rural views. Light oak dining table and chairs, 3 piece leather suite, NSH and electric open effect fire. Tv - with Freeview, dvd, video player, lots of information, local paper, walks books, etc.

Private secure south facing large patio/garden, barbeque, patio set, bench, washing line. Lovely rural views.

Small well behaved dogs are welcome, but please note that due to hygine reasons are not allowed under any circumstances upstairs in the property. A supplement of £10 per week will apply. Plenty of walks nearby.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage but are welcome to use the porch and garden.

Baby sitting can be arranged with owners who live on site. Friday Change over. Electric included in tariff.
