Prices range from £385 - £860 per week Each available period starts at 3 PM on Friday and ends at 10 AM the following Friday. Weekend and short breaks are available in low season. All bed linen is provided and included in the price. The cot is made up with a sheet only. Dogs cost an additional £ 17 per week (maximum of 3). Logs cost an additional £ 4.50 per bag.

Bodanna Farmhouse is built on the site of a 13th Century Manor House, situated in a quiet backwater surrounded by rolling farmland yet within easy reach of the A30 trunk road between Summercourt and Retyn, with the rest of the county within easy reach. Formerly a dairy farm this lovely old house is now available for your holiday in Cornwall.

THE COTTAGE

The house is believed to be about 300 years old and is full of character with wonderful period features such as granite flagstones, exposed beams and big fireplaces with woodburning stoves.

The cottage has been furnished throughout with a combination of old and new in a traditional country cottage style with many features indigenous to Cornwall to make your holiday a real home from home experience.

There are 5 bedrooms in total, sleeping six people in 2 double beds, 2 single beds plus a dedicated nursery. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well decorated.

THE GARDEN

The garden is quiet and secluded and ever so pretty. There are two lawned areas, one with a big solid oak outside dining table and chairs.

There is an outside shed which contains a barbecue with tools, two sun loungers, two body boards and windbreak for the beach, all for your use.

The garden is safe for children who can play happily outside, there is a long drive to the road which only has the lightest of traffic, lots of room to play, sunbathe, sit under a tree and read.

LOCATION

This cottage is only a 5 minute drive from the A30 yet is situated in a quiet country lane, with views to St. Enoder Church across a forest of Bay Trees and ideally situated for all the North Coast Beaches, and the rest of Cornwall, St. Austell and Truro only 11 miles away.

We want to share the wonders and beauty of Cornwall at it's best and provide a relaxing stay at Bodanna farmhouse which is ideally positioned to take advantage of all Cornwall has to offer!
