This beautifully decorated former fisherman's cottage dates back to the early 1800's with plenty of room to relax is in the heart of St Ives, yet away from the hustle and bustle.

ACCOMMODATION - sleeps 6/7 people

This 4 bedroomed cottage is situated on a quiet pretty street just a few minutes walk to all the amenities St Ives has to offer.

The lounge has white leather sofas, large T.V with video and dvd player.

The dining room seats 8 people leading to a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer microwave toaster etc.

Blue House cottage is fully central heated with three double bedrooms, 2 with portable TV/videos. One single bedroom, bathroom and 2 w.c's.

A spacious 4 bedroomed maisonette, with open plan living on 2 levels.

Accommodation - sleeps 7/8 people.

The ground floor has 1 king size bedroom with built in robes and flat screen digital T.V, the smaller bedroom has full size bunk beds.

The lounge is large and airy with vaulted ceilings, large white leather settee plus armchair. The entertainment includes a large flat screen t.v dvd player and mini cd system. Freeview is also available.

Stairs rising to first floor with further Double bedroom, single bedroom (both with distant sea views) and bathroom.

There is a fully equipped kitchen off the lounge with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer, with large dining table seating 8 people.

Gas central heating and electricity are included in the weekly rate along with parking for possibly 2 cars. There are two car parks just a 5 minute walk away.

The property is located in a quiet complex of 10 maisonettes. The town centre is 7 minutes walk along the Porthmeor Beach and the Tate Gallery is only 5 minutes away
