Bessie Kate's cottage is a five minute walk from the Cornwall coastal path, which runs either side of the village, leading in one direction to Loe Pool, the county's largest inland freshwater lake and the Penrose Estate, run by the National Trust. One direction Rinsey Engine House and Praa Sands (nearby rockpools)

A short walk in either direction will lead you to secluded coves and romantic beaches.

Bessie Kate's cottage is ideally situated for both the north and south coasts of Cornwall and gives easy access to the whole of the Lizard Peninsula, Mount's Bay and the Land's End area and is ideal either for exploring the local countryside and walks or simply relaxing on a choice of lovely beaches.
