Large lounge with tv/dvd/video, pay phone. Fully equipped modern kitchen including cooker and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Dining area to seat 6 people.

Bedrooms

Bedroom one with double bed and furniture. Bedroom two with two single beds and furniture. Bedroom Three with Bunk beds and furniture. All bedrooms come with pillows and duvets. Bathroom with wc, basin and bath with electric shower. Vanity unit with hair dryer.

Off street parking for 2 cars with private patio garden to the side of the cottage with table and chairs.

LOCATION

Gorran Haven situated south of St Austell and 4 miles from the well known fishing harbour of Mevagissey. The village is a short drive from the Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project.

Gorran Haven is the ideal place for a summer holiday or winter break. Sandy beaches, beautiful cliff walks and mild climate- Cornwall at its best.

The village retains its original Cornish charm with narrow streets and pretty cottages. Gorran Haven is surrounded by National Trust managed land and unspoilt beaches and coves.

The beach and harbour caters for fishing and launching of small crafts and also ideal for swimming.

Gorran Haven offers all local services, from the Post Office, general store and Fish & Chip shop to the local Cornish pub, The Llawnroc Inn. CE, Methodist and FIEC churches are all within 200 yards of the cottage.
