Within walking distance – riding stables and golf course/club, Perranporth village approx 10 mins drive, excellent bus service.   Local attractions including; Numerous beaches, Eden Project, Newquay, Flambards Experience, Holywell Bay Fun Park, Screech Owl Sanctuary, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Dairyland, etc. Worth seeing is the giant cliff top Millennium Sundial, but beware if you are thinking of setting your watch by it! It tells Cornish time which is 20 minutes ahead of GMT!

Dogs welcome by arrangement - £10.00 charge per dog Perranporth hosts one of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall, which is also designated for dog walking all year round. 

The small town of Perranporth has numerous restaurants and takeaways (leaflets in the caravan), shops and plenty of outlets for surfing hire.  There is an abundance of nightlife in the town including live music.  The town is serviced by an excellent bus service (timetables in caravan) which runs late into the evening and stops within Perran Sands Park.
