Beachfield House is
a luxury beachfront self-catering flat with seaviews of Towan beach located
in the centre of Newquay, Cornwall.
Comfortably sleeping
upto 4 adults with a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The flat is very
close to all the amenities and nightlife of the town centre with an exclusive
parking space nearby.
The flat itself is
double glazed throughout, centrally heated and recently decorated for
the 2008 summer season. You will be provided with all the necessary equipment
for your self catering holiday.
ACCOMMODATION
- In the lounge you
can enjoy the large widescreen TV, satellite, DVD, PlayStation2 (but
bring your own games!) and a Sony Music System. The large corner sofa
turns into a solid, comfortable double bed in seconds and all the furniture
in the apartment is new for the 2005 summer season.
- With a large dining
table & chairs and all the utensils you will need to enjoy your cooking,
the modern kitchen is fitted to high specifications including a microwave,
gas hob, electric oven and a fridge.
- Leading off from
the kitchen is a secluded, south facing courtyard, ideal for sunbathing
or barbecues.
- The comfortable
bedroom has a king-size bed and there is ample built-in storage space.
We will include duvets and pillows all with fresh bed linen.
- The bathroom is
fully tiled and fitted with a power shower.
- Car-parking is
available via a lock-up garage within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Getting
there by car
From
Exeter follow the A30 past Bodmin. Look out for the A392 after Bodmin
which takes you into Newquay. You can either drive through the centre
of Newquay or skirt around the back of Newquay heading for the southern
end. If you follow signs to Fistral Beach either way you will come to
a main roundabout at Pentire.
At this round about
head for Fistral beach (Higher Tower Road), about 200 metres down this
road you will see a car sales lot on the right (Crantock St), turn right
at this junction.
Follow this road and
take the second left heading towards beachfield avenue, this road will
take you right down to the centre of town past Central Pub, take your
next right after the pub and go down the hill (Beach Road) towards the
beach. Beachfield Avenue is opposite the end of this road junction.
