Praa Sands is a small hamlet nestling in a sheltered cove and is mid way between the historic market town of Helston and the port of Penzance, with its fascinating streets, 7 miles away in opposite directions.

The mile long beach, has good surf and is popular with surfers. The beach is an ideal starting point to the coastal footpath either side. As well as the golden sands, at both ends of the beach are areas of rock pools, good places to find sea life. Mount's Bay is now designated as one of the world's most beautiful bays.

• All properties have full central heating, are fully equipped and have washing machine and dishwasher.
• All bed linen is provided but visitors are requested to provide their own personal bath and hand towels.

  There is ample private parking with each property for two cars.

Beachcomber Apartment is in a unique position being situated directly on the beach and the pleasant relaxing sound of the sea adds to the atmosphere.

Spacious lounge tastefully furnished complete with TV, DVD and video recorder, radio cassette, CD player. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, Kitchen fully equipped with full electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

An outside shed for storage of wet suits and beach gear with washing machine and dryer. Car parking at the rear.

Washing machine and dryer in the entrance porch. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom. Garden area to front and car parking in the rear garden area.
