Beach Break House offers great accommodation for six people; it has sea views from the garden and all bedrooms.

It has been designed, furnished and finished with one aim in mind - to provide you with the best holiday accommodation possible.

• Hall with downstairs loo & coats.
• Living Room with leather suite and 28” wide screen TV, DVD, & free view box.
• Fully fitted kitchen with AGA, gas hob, microwave/combi oven, built in Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and Freezer.
• Large, light and separate dining room with settee and mini library- This is a great room to get away from the TV and relax, or to enjoy a relaxed meal.
• Upstairs: luxury bathroom with original enamel roll top bath, separate shower cubicle & power shower.
• Bedroom 1 has a king size bed
• Bedroom 2 has a single bed and bow window
• Bedroom 3 on top floor has a double & single bed. Up narrow, steep stairs it is large, light & airy with sea views from front & back dormer windows. It also has a 20" TV & digital box.
• Outside: There is a safe, secluded and south facing garden, complete with table & chairs. Beyond the gate there is an alleyway that leads down into town.

St Ives must be one of the most beautiful fishing villages in the world – it combines a fishing harbour enclosed by fantastic sandy beaches and at its heart a glorious maze of narrow streets and alleyways.
