Bay Watch House is situated in the heart of St Ives overlooking the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. The old town and the harbour are just a short walk away. The house was built in Edwardian times using local granite and slate and has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard. Many original features remain.

All the main reception rooms and the master bedrooms have sea views of Porthmeor Beach taking in the Island, and the headland called “The Clodgy”.

The ground floor contains:

• A spacious dining room decorated in New England style with a large bay window and sea views, feature fireplace (decorative use only) and seating for 13.
• A further reception room with feature fireplace, TV, 2 armoires and a day bed that can be used as additional TV room or bedroom.
• A comprehensive fitted kitchen with butler sink, 2 pyrolytic ovens, hob, dishwasher and microwave.
• A small utility area with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
• A twin bedroom with nautical decoration.
• A shower room with a basin and w.c.

The first floor contains:

• A large lounge with a feature fireplace which has been furnished in New England style with 2 large settees, 2 armchairs, a window seat, TV, dvd and music system.
• 2 double bedrooms with nautical themes
• 1 single bedroom
• 1 bathroom with bath (with shower), basin and high level w.c
• 1 shower room with large shower, basin and w.c

The second floor has:

• The master bedroom with spectacular sea view and en-suite shower room

Outside there is off-street parking for 2 cars and a secure enclosed courtyard at the back with furniture provided for alfresco dining.

We welcome well behaved dogs for an additional £25 each, per week. Please note that we are uanble to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 25 years or stag or hen parties.
