The property is situated only half a mile
from the sandy, surfing beach of Trevaunance Cove and minutes from breathtaking
coastal scenery and cliff walks. Golf, tennis, fishing and Cornwall Flying
Club are also available nearby.
This is a self contained apartment in a Victorian Village
house providing superbly comfortable, attractive and fully equipped accommodation
for 4 people. The main house 'Peterville House' is about 150 years old
and this wing, a former barn was added a few years ago.

ACCOMMODATION
From
the car park, wooden steps lead up to a balcony/decking
area from which the apartment is entered.
The lounge has
two sofas, electric stove fire, small rocking chair and colour TV with
DVD.
An
inner lobby has two double bedrooms
leading from it. The main bedroom has
double bed, fitted wardrobes chests of drawers and second colour TV.
The other bedroom has twin
beds, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. All the beds have
duvets, blankets and bedspreads.
Three
steps lead into the kitchen/dining area
with window seat, pine dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped
with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has
a bath, wc., with shower cubicle and is semi-clad in pine.
There is a walled garden
which is a suntrap and has lawns, decking and patio areas with garden
furniture and gas barbecue.
The owners have a fully stocked 'LONDIS' Store adjoining
the main house providing chilled and frozen foods, an instore bakery,
off-licence, fresh veg, newspapers and DVD rentals. There are restaurants,
surf shops , craft workshops, pubs, wine bar and cafes all conveniently
situated within the village.
