The Barnaloft / Piazza apartment and studio complex was initially converted in 1962 from a pilchard curing cellar and seine loft and provides private access to the beautiful Porthmeor beach.

It is ideally situated in the old quarter of St Ives, only a few minutes walk from the harbour and shops.

The Old Salthouse is a ground floor studio apartment that underwent complete refurbishment in spring 2007 into a contemporary living space.

The open plan living area is fully tiled, with gas central heating and comprises a double bed, wardrobes, a large double sofa bed and 32" plasma wall mounted TV with 36 channels.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a breakfast bar, electric hob, oven, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided.

The bathroom comprises fully tiled shower room with heated towel rail, wash basin and lavatory.

There is also an outdoor cupboard with ironing board, extra seating and an airing rack.

A single off road parking space is available for your use outside the apartment.
