Azure is a modern detached property, sleeping up to seven people, located on the seaward side of Carbis Bay. Nestled in a quiet cul de sac, the property is only a short walk down the hill to the beautiful safe sandy beach of Carbis Bay and within easy reach of a convenience store and supermarket.

Within Azure there is an open plan lounge, with gas flame effect fire-place, colour TV, dining area at one end and patio door to rear private enclosed garden.

The well-equipped kitchen, has a gas double oven/hob, microwave, built in dishwasher and fridge.

There is also a utility room with washer and freezer and downstairs toilet.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (1 with en suite) one twin bedded room and one single room and a family bathroom with bath/overhead shower, w.c. and basin.

Gas central heating/hot water/cooking and all electric power is inclusive of the rental terms. We can supply a cot and high chair free of charge, but visitors must supply own linen including their own towels. We supply the duvets and covers on each bed.

Azure offers a very comfortable and stylish family home from which to explore the natural and historical treasurers of West Cornwall. The famous coastal footpath passes near by. There are also leisure facilities and horse-riding in the vicinity.

Picturesque St Ives can also be reached by the coastal rail link or bus or along the coastal footpath (1½ miles).
