This brand new spacious and contemporary home is situated less than 300m from the beach. The golf course, coastal path and popular Cornish town of Bude are also within a stones throw.

This charming seaside town, with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, can provide everything you need for a successful holiday or a relaxing short break. Bude is located on Cornwall's Atlantic Heritage coast and offers wonderful walks, beautiful scenery and spectacular surfing beaches, along with its picturesque canal and fine links golf course.

The main town has many shopping streets. which offer a wide range of unique locally owned shops and restaurants, from surf boutiques to arts and crafts, catering for everyone's taste. Further afield in the rolling countryside, which surrounds the town, you will discover ancient villages, with country pubs, traditional working farms and rural life at its best. Bude provides the ideal base for touring the whole of Cornwall and North Devon.

There is covered parking for one car and ample adjacent parking. Easy access to Bude town centre a short walk across the golf course.

• The ground floor consists lounge, dining room and kitchen all open plan. The kitchen being fully fitted with fridge freezer, washer dryer, microwave, oven and hob unit. Lounge /Dining Area with French windows to patio/garden overlooking Bude golf course. The property is furnished with two sofas, oak dining table and six chairs plus TV, DVD and VHS. There is also a ground floor cloakroom/w.c.
• First floor consists of two bedrooms, one double with French window and balcony with views across the golf course. The other bedroom is a twin with views to lake and Maer Down, also family bath/shower room.
• The second floor is the Master Bedroom and has a King size bed, en-suite shower room/w.c. with French window and a dormer which has views to the sea plus TV/VHS.
• Outside there is a south facing walled garden with furniture for that sun downer or alfresco dining.
