The Atlanta Holiday Apartments are situated in Trevone Bay, 2 miles from Padstow. In a superb cliftop location, overlooking the beach with fine coastal views to Trevose Head. The apartments are attractively furnished and well equipped.

Apartment 1, Ground Floor, Sleeps 5, Friday Changeover

Apartment One is a ground floor apartment that sleeps maximum of 5 people. It's spacious with a kitchen/diner and walk through living room and the master bedroom has the luxury of an en-suite.

A large room overlooking the beach, with appropriate furniture and colour tv/video. Original wood floors. Open natural stone fireplace which tenants may use if they wish, but only with prior notice so that fire guards, fire irons etc. can be supplied.

Well equipped modern kitchen with dining area. Gas hob, electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge. Dining table with seating for 6. An elegant pair of double doors may be opened up between the dining area/sitting room to give sea views across the sitting room.

Gas boiler providing central heating/hot water. The store cupboard under the stairs contains the cleaning equipment, fire lighters, kindling etc for the open fire. The back door leads to a paved area with rotary clothes lines and two bin stores with coal and logs. The apartment is well equipped and has had a 4 star ETC rating. The bedrooms are supplied with duvets, pillows, and mattress covers.

Apartment 2, Ground Floor, Sleeps 6, Saturday Changeover

Apartment Two is a ground floor apartment that sleeps maximum of 6 people. New family bathroom fitted in late 2007. The Second bedroom is spacious.

A large room overlooking the beach, three-seater sofa and 2 arm chairs. Original wood floors with thick scatter rugs. Colour tv/video. Open natural stone fireplace which tenants may use if they wish, but only with prior notice so that fire guards, fire irons etc. can be supplied.
