Arutie is a spacious, self catering, newly re-furbished, house standing in a wonderful location. We are situated in a lovely residential part of town, 2 minutes walk from the picturesque Bude Canal & Breakwater, wonderful for fishing & walking and Summerleaze beach with its golden sands, surf & open air swimming pool.

There is a COASTAL PATH beside the house which leads directly to the cliffs with outstanding view's and walks, WIDEMOUTH BAY is a few minutes drive and the TOWN itself is a 5 minute walk, passing the FABULOUS BRENDON ARMS pub with bar, restaurant & children's area, well known for it's good food, then over the CANAL, BUDE LIGHT and CASTLE will take you into TOWN.

Accommodation

Parking isn't a problem at Arutie as we have ample driveway for 2-3 cars.

We have an enclosed private patio area where you can eat alfresco or just relax on the sun loungers.

As you enter the front door you will come into the spacious hallway with understairs storage which includes highchair and stairgate (free of charge), laundry dryers and hoover for use on your holiday.

The large open plan lounge includes lounge suit, colour TV, DVD, Free view & Stereo.

We have a large kitchen diner fully equipped including fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher & dining table & chairs to seat 6 + high chair.

From the kitchen there is access to the annexe including shower and WC, back door to enclosed garden and internal door to lounge room with double sofa bed and cabin bed, fully equipped mini kitchen and breakfast bar. Perfect for extra guest's or for the kids to chill out and have their own space.

Upstairs there is a spacious hallway with cot (free of charge) and storage & then 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space the other slightly smaller but quiet & cosy.

There is also a bathroom off the hallway with bath, shower, basin & WC.

Arutie is a fabulous house with lots of room, a great feeling of warmth immaculately clean & in a great location.

We have plenty of information & ideas to make your holiday jam packed with fun things to do, or we will help you completely relax & get away from it all.

Directions -Take the Bude turning on the right off the A39.
Drive to the first roundabout and go straight on, heading towards Bude. Morrisons will be on your right. Keep on this road, pass the Esso garage on your right, until you come to a mini-roundabout.

Take the first left exit sign posted Widemouth Bay. Stay on this road passing the car park and Tourist Information Centre on left. You will then go over the canal bridge and the Falcon hotel and Brendon Arms will be on your right. Keep going for 100 yards, pass the terraced houses on your right, a lane, hedge and trees. We are the third and last detached house on the right.

All electricity and gas, along with bed linen is included in the rental price.
