A semi-detached stone cottage 5 minutes from the harbour in Porthleven.

This cheerily decorated 19th.century cottage is excellently situated for access to the wide variety of attractions of West Cornwall. It is a short walk from the beach and harbour and is central to the facilities of this picturesque fishing village.

The village has a choice of old pubs, shops and restaurants, together with local craft workshops and galleries.

The SW Coastal Path runs through the village. Penzance, St.Ives, St. Michaels Mount, Flambards theme park, Gweek seal sanctuary, many other beaches and the world famous Minack Theatre are all within very easy reach. The Eden Project is also within driving distance

Accommodation

Enclosed garden with view to hills and off-road parking. All rooms are fitted with night storage radiators and portable electric radiators are also available. Electricity is by meter reading. Bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cot, high chair and Z-bed available if required. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Downstairs:
Lounge Stripped wood floor, open log fire, colour TV, video, DVD & Stereo. Dining Room - Open beams and stripped wood floor. Fitted Kitchen - Electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge and full range of equipment.

Upstairs:
Double bedroom -with double bed. Large bedroom - with bunk beds and a single bed, leading into a spacious bathroom. Bathroom - bath, shower above bath with screen, WC, wash hand basin and airing cupboard.

Outside: Off-road parking. Patio with table and chairs. Second toilet.

All rooms are provided with electric radiators. Electricity is by meter reading.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cot, high chair and Z-bed available.
