An Treveth is a traditional, Cornish granite house, in the conservation area, built in the 1800's adjacent to Newlyn Art Gallery which is also of the same period. The seafront walk and fantastic views of Mounts Bay are within 70 paces of the house.

ACCOMMODATION

The double room comes with exclusive use of dining room (including comfortable seating area) and adjacent bathroom 24 hours a day + television, hair dryer, tea making facilities.

A delightful additional single room is available, should three people be travelling together.

Full traditional, and healthy options are available for breakfasts, including vegetarian if required. We aim to source local products wherever possible.

LOCATION

Newlyn is famous for art in a number of forms including the Newlyn School and Newlyn Copper. The local art gallery is the subject of major lottery funding for a seaward extension and complete refurbishment and is due to reopen in July 2007. Penlee Art gallery and tea rooms is also within a pleasant walk from the house.

There are also excellent restaurants and public houses within the locality with prices to suit the regular visit or something rather special.

West Cornwall, with its' mild climate , can offer the discerning tourist so much. The remote coastal paths, the best of Cornish cuisine, unspoilt sandy cove beaches, interesting coastal villages, or the just that "wind down factor".
