Just ten minutes by car to The Eden Project, and many local beaches, this detached and private rural cottage has far reaching views across St. Austell Bay, Gribbin Head, Fowey and Polruan from its garden and conservatory. The fishing village of Mevagissey, the square-rigged sailing ships at Charlestown, Heligan Gardens, and Carlyon Bay Golf Club are also within a short driving distance. Nearby beaches include Charlestown, Par, Carlyon Bay, Fowey, Mevagissey, Porthpean, and Polgaver, amongst others.

Accommodation Comprises: -

Ground Floor Conservatory. Open plan living-room with sofa bed, tv with dvd player, CD and tape player. Kitchen with fitted electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin. First Floor Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and washbasin. The conservatory at the front of the cottage is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. The front of the cottage has a good sized garden, which is set well back from the road down a drive shared with the owners, who live next door at Carn Grey House. There is also a games room and 3 acres of grounds to explore, including a childrens play area withclimbing frame and swings.
