Anchor Loft offers spacious reverse level accommodation for upto six people arranged over two floors with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, secure integral garaging and a generous 400 ft sq living area, which benefits
from studio quality light and has stunning views of Godrevy Lighthouse to the East and into the harbour to the North and a large outside amenity area for sunbathing or Alfresco dining.

ACCOMMODATION

Anchor Loft is light, airey, stylish and larger than the usual holiday accommodation with room to store beach gear, boards or wheelchair alike.

Recently converted it dates back hundreds of years and was previously used as a fisherman's loft, surfboard factory and artists studio.

The house is finished to a high standard and is well equipped. Linen, towels and electric are included along with your basic holiday needs (tea, coffee,
milk, condiments etc). There is a welcome pack of local produce on your arrival and a notice board with listings of gallery openings, great places
to eat and visit. We aim to give you a unique holiday experience a bit above the usual.

Prices range from
£580 - £1200 per week

• Out of season part week and weekend bookings can be arranged

LOCATION

Raised just above the Harbour roof lines the house is the ideal base for most holiday requirements, whether you wish to relax in surroundings packed
with St Ives artefacts collected over forty years or use it as the base for seeing more of glorious Cornwall.

The house is set within the town, only seconds from the shops and minutes from the beaches but is tucked away in a quiet private spot that has
excellent pedestrian and vehicular access.

We can also offer ADDITIONAL PARKING FREE for extra or oversize vehicles at our home less than a mile away.

Anchor Loft is non-smoking with no pets and because of the finish of the property and unsuitability the house is not set up for children under seven but babies by arrangement.
