An Porth is a large, detached house situated in the higher part of St Ives, approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and beaches, although there is a regular bus route past the property. With 7 bedrooms, plenty of parking and a pleasant enclosed rear garden is would ideally suite larger families or groups of couples.

Gated driveway with parking area leads to front door and internal porch. Further internal door to Tiled hallway:

Lounge/Dining room:
Wooden laminate flooring, 3 leather sofas and 3 leather arm chairs & Pouffes, Coffee table, Large flat screen TV with DVD, dining table & 8 Chairs, bay window to front.

Kitchen/diner:
Fitted kitchen with cream units and beech worktops, eye level oven with separate gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer with additional fridge in outhouse, Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in outhouse, dining table and 6 chairs, window to side and rear overlooking garden, back door to garden area: Patio with table and chairs, parasol, lawned area with washing line, separate block built out house for storing garden furniture and beach gear.

Ground floor bedrooms consist of 2 twin rooms both with plenty of storage, one to front of house with TV/VHS combi & wash basin and one to the rear of property.

Family bathroom: Fully tiled, bath with separate shower cubicle, wc, basin and radiator.

Stairs rising to 1st floor:

Bedroom 3: Double bed, bedside tables, hanging rail, wash hand basin, window overlooking garden, Folding door to en suite shower room with shower cubicle and wc.

Beaches of St Ives

St Ives has excellent sandy beaches. There is a choice of four beaches, Porthminster, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden and the Harbour.

Porthgwidden, a small beach, is located next to the Island. There is parking close to the beach plus a café on the beach.

Porthmeor is a large beautiful beach overlooked by the Tate. It has sufficient surf for surfers. There is a café on the beach.

Porthminster beach is only a short walk from both the bus and rail stations. There is a café on the beach.

The Harbour is popular with tourists, particularly when the tide is out. Being right in the centre of St Ives, it is very close to all facilities, with a multitude of options for take away food.

The beaches of St Ives are spectacular, but there are restrictions for dogs on some. On the harbour beach, dogs are not allowed between Easter and the 1st October
