Because of the river running through the gardens, we are sorry to say that The Barn at Alsia Mill is not suitable for toddlers.

The Barn at Alsia Mill is entered at the upper level via a flight of steps from the drive and garden straight into the living-room/kitchen. The main room is at this level to take advantage of the garden-views.

The kitchen area has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-drier, cooker, and microwave, as well as the other usual facilities.

There is a dining table with seating for 4, and over near the wood-burning stove are sofas and a TV/DVD player.

A solid wood spiral staircase leads to the lower floor…

… where there are two bedrooms. The larger of these has a double bed, the smaller one has two bunks.

Also on this floor is a shower-room with a WC and wash-handbasin.
