Alpha is a ground floor apartment at a slightly elevated position within 300 yards of the harbour, and Porthminster Beach; offering pleasant views across the roof tops from the huge arched windows of what used to be an artist's studio.

The apartment offers a private patio enjoying these same views in complete privacy, being in a secluded garden position. The owner lives in the apartment above and there are no other apartments in the building, which is detached and stands in its own grounds.

One flight of public steps lead down from Tregenna Terrace into the heart of town.

The accommodation consists of 2 Double bedrooms, a large sitting room, a kitchen/diner and a shower room with WC and wash basin. Colour TV, Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Electric Fire and Garden Furniture on the patio are all provided.

• Gas central heating is available on payment of an extra £10 per week.
• Electricity is via a £1 coin operated meter.
• Duvets and pillows are provided but not linen or towels.
