Andrew Thomas set up the practice in 1982 and over the ensuing years has established an experienced and talented team whose combined talent form the core of this working practice.

During the years a wide range of projects throughout the Southwest and further afield have successfully been undertaken. We pride ourselves in an efficient, well co-ordinated practice, capable of customising ourselves to the needs of our clients, adhering closely to their objectives, giving the necessary professional advice where needed and keeping a tight line of communication between all parties as well as being open and friendly. Every new project is a challenge and is tackled with enthusiasm and professionalism exploiting our creativity and commitment to perfection and resulting in design awards.

From the initial feasibility study to designing, consultation with all necessary Planning Authorities, Highways Departments, Fire Officers, English Heritage, Environment Agency and any other governing body who might be involved with the project.

Preparing and undertaking full measured and level surveys together with all the necessary design layout drawings and details.

Preparing perspectives.

Submitting Planning applications, either outline, detailed or approval of reserved matters.

Preparing and submitting Building Regulation applications to local Authorities.

Preparing Schedules of Works, obtaining Tenders from contractors, advising client.

Preparing Contracts, organising sub-contractors, undertaking full project management including full supervision, monthly valuations and final handover to client.
