This well equipped two-roomed original seaside chalet at Phillack in  St Ives Bay  is situated in a wonderfully secluded position over looking the beach and estuary of the Hayle River.

Nestling at the top of a small cliff the magnificent uninterrupted views reach from the Links Golf course at Lelant to the poplar seaside resort of St Ives.

The beach at Hayle known for it’s 3 miles of golden sands has it’s own beach shop and café. Access to the Southwest coastal path and the beach is only yards away. Car parking - Electric by £1 coin meter

The Lizard is unsuitable for small children.

It has been totally reconstructed on the original site at Taskus Farm. Great care and attention has been put into restoring the original features such as the owl nesting window upstairs. 

Now an impressive detached dwelling with beautiful views surrounded by lawns and meadows offering a peaceful escape from busy life.

Only 3 miles from the 'Golden Sands' of Hayle and within easy reach of the art galleries at St Ives, the famous Trewithen Gardens Nr Truro, Poldark Mine Nr Helston, Lands End and the world famous cliff top open air Minack Theatre at Porthcurno, The Eden Project and many more.

Just 3 miles from Hayle, the coastline is both hauntingly beautiful and varied with marshes, dunes and many sandy coves and beaches with lifeguards in attendance for safe bathing. 

Approached along a private drive, the accommodation, is semi-detached to the main house with its own private garden and entrance.
