The Properties No 19 ( £200 - £600 per week ) is a newly refurbished and completely updated two bedroom holiday villa. This two story house provides a good sized lounge and kitchen-dining room on the ground floor and on the first floor one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and a bathroom with bath, power shower, and WC. Open views over meadows to the rear, with bunnies in regular attendance. No 60 ( £250-£800 per week ) is a delightfully spacious three bedroom bungalow which has also been newly refurbished for 2007 and completely updated, and offers a large open plan lounge and a spacious kitchen-dining room, one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. The bathroom has a bath and power shower and there is a separate WC. The kitchens in both properties have a fitted electric oven and separate hob, cooker hood, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, and are fully equipped to a very high standard. There is a colour TV and DVD player in the lounge and each room has individual electric panel heaters. No 60 also benefits from a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Both properties have a sofa bed in the lounge for which extra linen can be provided if requested. All linen is provided, you need only bring towels, and electricity is included in your holiday price as is free use of the all of the Holiday Village facilities. Both No 19 and No 60 are available throughout the year. We are sorry but no smokers or pets are accepted in these properties, and no single sex groups under 25 are allowed. Discount available if both properties booked together, or for multiple weeks.

There is a well stocked shop, two tennis courts, mini golf, a five-a-side football pitch, children's play equipment, and ample free parking. Professionally supervised kids entertainment is provided free by the Foxy club which runs morning and afternoon sessions every day in the clubhouse. For 2007 the main facilities at Perran View are open from March 13th through to November 2nd and all are included in your holiday price.
