CASTLE VIEW COTTAGE and CUDDEN VIEW COTTAGE are situated right in the heart of Marazion, but at the end of a private lane, tucked well away from people and traffic. This gives you easy access to the shops, restaurants and beaches in the town, but without the irritation of traffic rumbling past two feet from your front door!

Another great advantage our cottages have is the availability of on-site private parking. Unlike most cottages in Marazion, which have to rely on the use of parking permits for the town car parks hundreds of yards away, each of our cottages has its very own parking space right next to the cottage.

The cottages were refurbished to a high standard in 2007/08 but have kept their individual feel, with vaulted ceilings and light, airy rooms.

CASTLE VIEW COTTAGE has its own private garden, with spectacular views of St. Michael’s Mount, and CUDDEN VIEW COTTAGE has a private balcony with superb sea and coastal views.

In order to take advantage of these views, the cottages have been arranged with sleeping accommodation downstairs and living rooms on the first floor.

Castle View Cottage.

First Floor The fully fitted Kitchen features electric hob, grill and oven, separate microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, cafetiere and toaster.

There is a separate Dining Room with dining table and four chairs (highchair also available at no extra charge).

The Lounge has comfortable seating for four, colour TV with Freesat from Sky box, video recorder, DVD player, sound system.

The Lounge leads through double doors to the Private Garden at the rear of the cottage, which has a garden table and 4 chairs, a Barbecue and a raised Sitting/ Dining Area, with superb views of St.Michael’s Mount and Mount’s Bay.

Ground Floor Double Bedroom with built-in wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside table and lamp.

Twin Bedroom with built-in double wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables and lamps. Bathroom with bath, hand basin, w.c., separate electric shower unit in 800mm cubicle, mirror with twin-power shaver point and light, heated towel rail, electric fan heater. Next to the Bathroom is a Cloakroom Area, with an Automatic Washing Machine as well as hanging/storage space for coats, shoes etc.

There is private off-road Parking for one car next to the cottage.

Cudden View

First Floor The fully fitted Kitchen features electric hob, grill and oven, separate microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, cafetiere and toaster.

There is a separate Dining Area with dining table and chairs (highchair also available). The Lounge area has comfortable seating for two, colour TV with Freesat from Sky box, video recorder, DVD player, CD/Radio sound system.

The Lounge leads through French doors to the private Balcony with table and chairs, and spectacular views over Mount's Bay towards Cudden Point and the Lizard.

Double Bedroom with king-size bed, built-in wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables and lamps. Bathroom with corner bath, hand basin, w.c., Separate electric shower unit in 800mm cubicle, mirror with twin-power shaver point and light, heated towel rail, electric fan heater.

Beneath the stairs is an Automatic Washing Machine as well as hanging/storage space for coats, shoes etc. There is private off-road Parking for one car close to the cottage.

The prices per week range from £195 to £495, with Short Breaks starting at £130.
