Wesley Place is the ideal location for a family holiday or to celebrate
a special occasion. Set in a peaceful street just off the main shopping
area, this spacious house is only a few minutes walk to a wide variety
of excellent restaurants and stunning beaches.
A kitchen/dining room and a 23' open-plan lounge stretch
the length of the house, while outdoor entertainment space is provided
by the decked terrace and slate-tiled lower courtyard. The lounge offers
two leather sofas, LCD television/DVD system and a breakfast bar overlooking
tropical gardens, with double doors opening onto the terrace.
Two upper floors offer two double beautiful bedrooms -
both with sea and garden views, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms - one
shower room and one with bath and over bath shower. The top bedroom also
has a TV.
The house retains character features as well as offering
modern facilities and equipment and is suitable for both summer and winter
lets.
St Ives is a stunning location all year round offering
a variety of activities - the Tate gallery, Barbara Hepworth´s studio
and garden, surfing on Porthmeor beach and many coastal walks.
The
coast path westwards from St Ives will take you to the 12th century hamlet
of Zennor, where D H Lawrence
once lived and eastwards will take you to Virginia
Woolf“s Godrevy lighthouse.
The area is famous for its thriving arts community, with
numerous galleries and painting schools. There are
five stunning sandy beaches, three unique beach restaurants and
a wide range of eateries - especially fresh seafood. The town also has
a cinema and leisure centre with swimming pool.
Local attractions within easy reach of St Ives include
the Eden Project, Land's
End, the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno
and Jamie Oliver“s 15 restaurant
at Watergate Bay.
