No. 3 Atlantic Reach is a superior four double bedroom villa which is new and modern and furnished with style.

It is situated on the perimeter of the Atlantic Reach Country Club and Vacation Resort 7 miles from the fabulous beaches of Newquay and it overlooks open countryside. It is ideally suited for touring all the delights that Cornwall has to offer

It has first class facilities and is close to Newquay and it's fabulous beaches, international surfing centre, zoo and vibrant nightlife. You can walk the coast path, have fish and chips at Rick Stein's in Padstow, cruise the river from Truro to Falmouth or spend a day in the tropics at the Eden Project. They are all close by. Atlantic Reach is ideally placed for taking in all the delights of Cornwall.

No.3 has been built with disabled access in mind and the downstairs double bedroom has been fitted with a ceiling hoist track and has an adjoining fully fitted wet room.

Accommodation

There is an open plan feel to downstairs with a large integrated kitchen dining lounge area. The kitchen is fully fitted and has fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. The lounge is complete with comfortable leather furniture TV, Hi-Fi and DVD.

The downstairs double bedroom is especially adapted for disabled use probably the best in Newquay. It has a ceiling hoist track and the hoist mechanism is available on request. The double bedroom has adjoining wetroom with grab rails and the 'glide over' showering chair fits right over the toilet.

There are three further double bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite and one of the double rooms has twin beds.

The family bathroom has separate shower and jacuzzi corner bath.

Atlantic Reach is an excellent base to enjoy the North Cornwall Coast (6 miles). There are many fine beaches including Fistral, Watergate Bay and Lusty Glaze which offer a variety of organised water sports including surf schools, kite surfing and adrenalin sports.

Good restaurants in the area include Jamie Oliver's Fifteen and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant amongst others. The beach and surf culture of Newquay promises a laid back atmosphere and an exciting night life. The last bus to Atlantic Reach leaves at 3 am in the summer.

Atlantic Reach itself is a chilled alternative with good music including some live bands and jazz and you can enjoy late night drinks and dancing.

The bar and brasserie restaurant is open throughout the day and evening and provides modern cuisine and drinks in a sophisticated setting.
