No.3 Atlantic Reach is a superior four double bedroomed cottage which is comfortable, modern and furnished with style.

It is situated on the perimeter of the Atlantic Reach Estate 6 miles from fabulous beaches of Newquay overlooking open countryside. It is ideally situated for touring all the delights that Cornwall has to offer.

It has first class facilities and close by are the international surfing beaches of Fistral and Watergate Bay, the activity centre for adrenaline sports at Lusty Glaze, award winning Newquay Zoo and the vibrant Newquay nightlife. The last bus from Newquay town centre to Atlantic Reach is 3 am throughout the summer months. You can walk the coast path, cycle the camel trail, have fish and chips at Rick Stein's in Padstow sample the delights of Jamie Oliver's 15 at Watergate Bay, cruise the river from Truro to Falmouth or spend a day in the tropics at the Eden Project.

No. 3 has been built with disabled access in mind and the downstairs double bedroom with adjustable orthopaedic bed, ceiling hoist and track plus adjoining fully fitted wetroom is probably the best in the area.

Accommodation

There is an open plan feel to downstairs with large integrated kitchen dining/lounge area. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge is complete with 2 comfortable leather sofas plus chair with foot rests, TV, Hi-fi and DVD.

In addition to the downstairs double bedroom and wetroom is a further three bedrooms upstairs, the master with en suite and king size bed, a double and a twin plus a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
